• Find out from Lev if Alex should bring in his camera, and if I should bring in my video camera. Alex can also bring in a tripod if required.

• Failed to find an alternate venue
  • Alternative venues (which declined) include:
  • RMIT
  • University of Melbourne never provided a response.
• No 802.11 wifi provided by the venue
  • Use a cell-phone network dongle for turning a spare PC into a wifi router?
• Adam to prepare a talk, do kitchen duties.
• AF coming for the whole day; happy to help out where needed.
• Sven dropped out, and Ben F. sadly cannot make it. :(
