Should be set up for voting to allow people to change maps. * Maybe run a Teeworlds (or other lower-bandwidth) server external, so people not at the meeting can join * AF and AB to see how feasible such a server is; which machine, what network, traffic concerns for VPAC (maps, other in-game downloads that can be hosted locally) * Ethernet, wireless or both? * AF: Bridge between the two networks needed, or choose one only * Did we get anywhere with [DreamHost](DreamHost) or other hosting providers? * Ben F. recently renewed [DreamHost](DreamHost) account, can set up an experimental host. * BF: calculate a reasonable fee for FSM hosting * [http://wiki.dreamhost.com/Passenger_WSGI](http://wiki.dreamhost.com/Passenger_WSGI) * BF and AB to work on setting up image/media hosting, report back 2013-12 via email * Possible uses for donations of funds * Internet hosting * Game servers * Pizza again this month? * AF tentatively confirms VPAC sponsorship; good enough to announce * Decide the meal order before the meeting; don't occupy meeting time * Ben S. dietary requirements: anchovies * Next ctte meeting: 2013-12-12 (AF, BS, BF) * Adam's last meeting until Feb. 2014 * Test a server a day before the meeting (since Adam won't be around to fix it) * Planning for BBQ the following week * Mumble for voice chat and conferencing: was it rad? * Thank you Adam! * Clear sound, quick set-up * Yay! * Venue scouting for FSM events * Ben F.: contacted Sven Andriske <sven_andriske at gmx.net> for feedback on Software Freedom Day 2013 venue; no response. * Preference for visibility of venue to passers-by{: page-href="wiki:///CommitteeMeetings/20131114"}
