The purpose of this list is to define the various responsibilities held by committee members.

- plan upcoming meetings
- plan upcoming special events - eg. Software Freedom Day
- choose topic for meetings
- publicise meetings and special events
- book venue for meetings
- bring snacks to meetings
- pursue various campaigns, eg. software patents, ACTA

- liaise with other related groups
