- Ben M: more focused tutorials... eg Packaging a Ubuntu app demo... then leading into packaging an app and the mentors then just need to 'iron out problems' rather than start from scratch.

- That's silly. They need to be their own thing. Ideally yes, but I'm already paying > $100 per year for it, so there might be cost savings in sharing.
- Not sure how well it deals with mixing distant locations though.
- They would be able to run under the free of charge tier for a while I suppose.
- Also meetup suggests meetups based on location .. so the benefit for them is limited
